This Privacy Policy explains how Om Enterprise ("we", "us", "our") handles information you share through this website. We keep data collection to a minimum and use it only to respond to your enquiries.

1. Information we collect

We only collect the information you choose to give us — typically through the enquiry form or by emailing us: your name, email address, and optionally your company, phone number, product of interest, quantity and message. To understand how the site is used we also use Google Analytics, which sets cookies and collects standard, aggregated data such as pages viewed, approximate location and device or browser type, governed by Google's privacy policy. We do not run advertising scripts, and you can block these cookies through your browser settings.

2. How the enquiry form works

The enquiry form does not send data to a server of ours. On submission it opens your own email application with a message pre-filled to omenterprise331@gmail.com. Your details are only transmitted if you choose to send that email through your provider, whose own privacy terms then apply.

3. How we use your information

We use the details you send solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotations, and communicate about coal and coke supply. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.

4. Sharing

We may share limited details with logistics, inspection or supply partners strictly as needed to fulfil an order you have requested, and where required by applicable law. We do not otherwise disclose your information to third parties.

5. Retention

We retain enquiry correspondence only for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal or accounting obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

6. Your rights
